Hello and welcome to V2 Baked Vegan Bakery! My name is Charity, I am the woman behind the magic here at V2 Baked Vegan Bakery. I am a 2015 Graduate of the International Baking and Pastry program from Lincoln Culinary Institute, President's List in West Palm Beach, Florida.
My love for food has been a part of who I am from as far back as I can remember. My family migrated to the US from Cuba and brought with them the culture of traditional Cuban cuisines which I grew up loving. I was privileged to be by my grandfathers side as his little helper in the kitchen as as a child which nurtured my love of food. I've spent a large part of my private life at home in the kitchen, it is my favorite place in the house. I love creating amazing meals for my family and friends, feeding others brings immense joy to my life.
I have been blessed to be the mother to a bunch of great kids, one of whom is differently-abled and medically complex. My children are my greatest gift and through them I have grown immensely.
I became Vegan in 2017, it was the path I was intuitively guided to take and it is most rewarding knowing that I can share with people amazing food without bringing harm to any animals.
I appreciate quality in my own life and live to that standard through my business as well. I strive to provide an excellent customer service experience and amazing products.
